Panoramic Scanning
JaincoTech renders the panoramic film scanning processes along with the basic scanning processes running in the market. Panoramic scanning is a genre of medium format film scanning and the large format film scanning services. Panoramic films are developed through the panoramic cameras that fall mainly into two classes – the fixed lenses and the swing lenses. In recent times, the Hasselblad X Pan and Fuji G617 cameras, kinds of fixed lenses, are mostly used for capturing panoramic and landscape views. Panoramic film type is divided into two categories, viz: 35mm Panoramic Film and 120 Panoramic film.


	35mm PANORAMIC FILM 35mm Panoramic Films are about 56mm x 24mm in size , a sort that fits into the medium film scanning format. Hasselblad X Pan, Horizon and Noblex 135 are amongst a few of the most commonly used cameras that can produce a 35mm Panoramic film.


	120 PANORAMIC FILM 120 Panoramic Films are about 60mm x 120mm in size, a type that fits into the large format film scanning format. Horseman, Fuji, Linhof, Noblex 150 and the Calumet 612, 617, and the 624 are considered the best cameras in the industry that can develop a 120 Panoramic film.

	SINGLE SLIDE SCAN Single Slide Scanning is a process wherein every frame is individually previewed and scanned. The scanning process of Single slide scanning is equivalent to 35mm negative scanning in every respect and can scan upto 6 frames in length. Single slide scanning is not only restricted to 35mm negative film scanning service but can be utilized for all the JaincoTech scanning processes.


	BATCH SLIDE SCANNING Batch slide scanning is executed by batch processing the entire film roll through our high-end Imacon Flextight 949 scanner. Batch slide scanning can also be worked out with all the JaincoTech’s film scanning processes.


	SELECTIVE FRAME SCANNING Through the service of Selective frame scanning, we scan only the wanted or the selected frames as per your request and skip the remaining ones. You can rest assured that only the selected frames will be scanned and transformed into digital images as per the instructions laid out in the Order Detail form.

**Note: Please ensure that the frames to be scanned should be numerically tagged out as per your particular scan requirements.


	HALF FRAME SCANNING Half frame is a format that resembles the 35mm format, meaning, the image size that is equivalent to half the size of a typical 35mm x 24mm frame size developed through the Half frame cameras. Half frames were useful for taking more pictures per roll. As of today, the photo labs are not that efficient to develop these half frames into full frames. Here is where, JaincoTech comes in. JaincoTech takes pride in scanning the half frames to be as large as the 35mm film format.

**Note: JaincoTech scanning facility is available in the US and India, except for the 8” x 10” large format film scanning which is available only in the US.
